Art Wiederman knows money as well as anyone. He has specialized in helping dentists with tax and finance issues for over 25 years. Dr. Phil Potter ran and sold a very successful dental practice after 31 years. He coaches dentists on leadership and growing their business. Both are totally committed to helping dentists sell their premium practices with integrity, transparency and effectiveness.

Art Wiederman, CPA, CFP, RIA

Art Weiderman As a taxation and investment expert helping dentists in private practice for over 25 years, Art has leveraged his extensive experience to his clients' advantage for many years. To better serve his dental clients, in 2005 Mr. Wiederman earned his license to broker dental practices, and he has partnered with Dr. Phil Potter to form Wiederman & Potter Premium Practice Sales.

Since 1984, Art has also led Wiederman and Associates, a firm that provides consulting, tax and accounting services to nearly 200 dentists.
Art is a founding member of the Academy of Dental CPAs, a national group of 26 CPA firms that specialize in working with dentists. In 1989 he published the popular book "The Art of Finance." In addition to his love of writing, he has hosted a radio program focusing on financial planning. He and his wife and two children live in Laguna Hills.

Philip Potter, DDS, FAGD

Philip Potter Dr. Potter ran a successful, private dental practice for over 30 years. In 2005 he sold his practice at an excellent profit, and now as a licensed broker shares his experience and insight with his California peers.

Dr. Potter is also the exclusive west-coast practice consultant for the popular "Lead to Succeed" program, which helps established dentists increase complex case acceptance and achieve practice goals. He has taught at USC and UCLA dental schools, and lectured nationally.

Away from work, Phil is an avid world traveler, reader, and mountaineer. He and his wife split their time between San Clemente and beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Brookelynn Palmer

Brookelyn Palmer With over 13 years of experience in customer service and organizational systems management, Ms. Palmer is your point person, monitoring and organizing the numerous details and meetings required throughout the transition process.

When Ms. Palmer is not providing clients with outstanding service, she loves working on classic cars at home in Costa Mesa.

Sue Distefano As a dental office manager for over 35 years, Sue possesses invaluable experience in the coordination and development of a successful business. She is a firm believer in the importance of the teamwork needed to perpetuate excellence in the process.

Living in San Clemente, Sue enjoys her family, the beautiful walking trails that are a hallmark of the area, and can often be found kayaking in "Big Blue."
